I am guilty of this in a sense. I am strongly partial to to true Christianity.. yes I am. I believe thaT Jesus Christ is the only way to God. THe reason I believe this is because Jesus said it himself. Am I a Bigot on race? Of course not.. I adopted a Tri- Racial baby... and i believe God does not see the color of our sin. Am I a bigot oabout politics.. no because I could care less about them. Am I intolerant of those who differ? I think I might be in a sense... I love them and all but when they spread what i percieve as lies then yes I am intolerant. YOu say they believe they are telling the truth.. well remember I believe strongly in what the Bible teaches so that is where I become intolerant. Not of the person but of the beliefs that are spread as though it were the Gospel.

That basically says the same thing... dont you agree? I am not intolerant of anyones opinions.. I am not I feel the same about you sometimes but then I a take another look at my responses. It is not intolerance it is just a difference in opinions. For instance if you give an opinion that states you believe something is this way then I say something is this way.. we may disagree but that does not mean that I am intolerant... does it?

Not elp6n, but no I don't agree. Your definition is the more euphimistic way of putting it and makes it look good to be a "Christian bigot". Her definitions make you look like a member of the Westboro Baptist Church if you claim to be a "Christian bigot".

That's a label you shouldn't carry proudly. Believer fits just fine man--no need to go to the point of bigotry.

I am BELIEVER....and yes it is basically the same thing to me. I did not put al of the definitions on but it just reinterates the rest. I would never stoop to the beliefs of Westboro Baptist Church. But really respectfully you making comments like this and that church could possible associate me with them. That is not fair... please do not do that. Respectfully.

Being a believer in the fact that Jesus died on the cross, rose on the 3rd day from the tomb, and ascended into heaven, and is coming back one day does not make you a "Christian bigot". I never said that. If you're going to embrace that term though, there's a lot of bad connotations that come along with it--that's why I'm warning you person to person that you shouldn't go around saying "I'm a bigot" because you reject worldly concepts in favor of Biblical ones. That's just a bad word to label yourself with.

If you're still going to embrace that term, be prepared to accept the negative with the positive, and be lumped in with extremists of any faith. No need for you to be offended if you truly feel that being a "Christian bigot" is a good thing.
